- Governed under applicable regional laws and Prinovix operating guidelines
2. Web Invites & Workflow
Web invite customization follows a seamless 5-step workflow: Provide Details, Select Template or Design, Customization by Prinopix, Client Preview & Approval, and Sharing.
- Includes Google Maps venue integration, schedule, and RSVP tracking
- Prinopix domain plans include a 6-month validity period (extendable)
- Custom domain plans include a minimum 1-year domain subscription (renewable)
- Easy instant sharing via WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, SMS, or Email
3. Photo Storage & Drive Ownership
Unlike third-party platforms locking photos inside vendor cloud servers, Prinopix Event Photo Hosting stores all event photos directly inside YOUR Google Drive account.

- In-Person Assistance available across Mangalore and a 50 km radius
- Personalized physical QR boards designed to match your event theme
- QR boards are printed only after explicit client preview and approval

7. Intellectual Property Rights
Prinopix maintains clear legal separation between platform software technology rights and complete client event photo copyright ownership.
- Prinopix & Prinovix retain ownership of website templates, code & trademarks
- Event hosts and photographers retain complete ownership of uploaded photos
- Hosts grant Prinopix a limited license strictly to display photos on event page
- Prinopix domain validity can be renewed or extended anytime upon request
